Reflections from the Community

What people have said about the relational work.

These reflections come from members of the Enrich Global Relationships Collective. The same framework grounding their work shapes the Collective today.

I am in an intercultural marriage. I struggle with my husband's loyalty to his family of origin in ways I cannot speak about safely. Not with my own people. Certainly not with his. What I found here is a place that already understood what I was carrying. That alone changed something.

I moved to Ontario when I was seven. Decades later, my mother still steps in to override the structure I am building with my own daughter. I had not realized how much energy I was spending on that single dynamic until I could see it named here.

My parents are from St. Vincent. I do not yet understand how my mother turns into a small girl when she is speaking to my grandmother. The shift is visible, and it has been there my whole life. I joined to find a place to think about it. Most weeks I log in with a specific question, and most weeks the work has language for it. It can feel like the framework was built with my family in mind.
